Wild cat population exploding in T.O.

If I were elected as Mayor I would educate the public, in all languages, that the it is not okay, and in some instances illegal to feed the wildlife within the GTA!
We have had two great summers with lots of sunshine and rain. The plants and insects are plentifull, so there is no reason to feed them.
Some do it knowingly and on purpose out of love (birds, squirrels, ...), others out of tradition, others ignorantly and/or unknowignly
More cats leads to less mice.
